The military earlier raided his house in the North Eastern Khon Kaen province’s Kranuan district on May 30. The military on June 3 ordered him to report himself to the military on June 5. On June 5, a group of military officers visited his house again, but Pichit was not at home.
Pichit was released around 3pm of Thursday. He said he was summoned because he joined an anti-military movement. The military also ordered him to sign an agreement to stop political activities and not to leave the country.
